Hi all

Last full day today sorry about photos but couldnt down load them.  Weather in the mid 30 s  and very muggy still.  Came to Osaka yesterday on the bullet train and  looked up to see we were travelling at 285 k per hour at one stage!320 I think is the fastest it goes. Today its shopping and a castle.

Kids all great and a pleasure to take away. They loved staying at their host host families and the host families loved having them. Yes,Chris we saw Mitsuko and she gave me a cute little Lion to give to you,She also gave us some money to get something for ourselves so we bought the kids and ourselves a little Japanese doll. Also a picture to go on the Audi wall. I still have money left over so will buy some biscuits for the staff. (it was quite alot of money about $400) nice of her eh? She brought her boyfriend for us to met he is also a teacher and very nice. Jun is getting married in February and I would love to go but will have to see about that trip. Anyone want to come with me that time? It will be a great Japanese traditional wedding which a lot of people dont have anymore.

Hope everyone well back home - only 3 days to go before the holidays.

Brekki nearly up so will have to go thanks for the people putting things on our site sorry cant get the photos downloaded so will just have to wait for those when we get back.

I will try and get into the bridge mode for next week.

See you in a couple of days

Great time had at school (Misato Kita). Now in Tokyo. Tomorrow off to Disneyland for whole day.  Girls excited.  Got lots of photos – but not got around to downloading any yet! Hope things going well at school – thinking of you – not! Hope the strike went well! We were also having a hard day!

Been so hot over here – high 20s but very humid. Had a fantastic thunder storm on Monday night -really heavy rain but by morning it had gone again.

Japanese parents so kind to our students – many tears when we left them but once on bus they forgot in the excitement of going to Tokyo. Tonight we are too tired to do anything else but chill out at the hostel.
